To ensure your items arrive in time this holiday season, we've put together our shipping guide below. Please note these dates are a guide only, and we're unable to guarantee delivery times. We recommend ordering well in advance to avoid any disappointment. For Sydney Metro customers, our same day shipping service is available for eligible postcodes.

SYDNEY SAME-DAY DELIVERY

In selected suburbs, we offer same-day delivery. If you place your order before 11am Monday to Friday, a courier will deliver to you by 5pm on the same day. Our same-day deliveries are shipped from our warehouse in Redfern, NSW.

Pricing:

$15 flat rate for all same-day deliveries within 25km.

Eligible Postcodes:

Same-day delivery is available for customers based in Sydney, within 25km from Redfern, NSW. If your postcode is eligible, the option for same-day delivery will appear at checkout.

Important Information:

• Orders must be placed before 11am Monday to Friday for same-day delivery
• Deliveries arrive by 5pm on the same day
• Orders placed after 11am on weekdays or over the weekend will be dispatched the next business day
• Same-day delivery operates Monday to Friday only
• Pre-order items are not eligible for same-day delivery

DUTIES & TAXES

Our products are shipped from Australia, and international buyers are responsible for any customs fees and duties in their respective countries. This does not include US customers. 

Customs charges and taxes are determined during checkout based on your shipping address and will be detailed in the order summary. We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model, meaning all applicable import taxes and duties are paid upfront when you make your purchase, so you won’t face any unexpected charges when your order arrives. Please note, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
