We're the UK's first luxury sleepwear brand, created specifically for pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Every piece is designed with intention, crafted with care, and made to move with you through the beautiful, messy, perfectly imperfect journey of motherhood.
Mirukī (ミルキー), pronounced me-ru-kee, is Japanese for milky.
Our founder Chanelle has Japanese heritage, and chose this name for what it represents - the first nourishment, the quiet bond between mother and child, the sustenance that flows through the earliest days of life. Mirukī is soft to say, gentle to hold, and feels like a lullaby in itself. It captures the tenderness of motherhood, the strength in feeding, and the quiet magic of those 3am moments when it's just you and your baby in the stillness of the night.
Our name is a reminder that what you're doing matters. You matter. That nourishing life, whether through milk, love, or simply showing up every single day is one of the most powerful things you can do.

When we're designing each piece, we start by asking ourselves one question: what would actually help a mother through her night and day?
Not what's easiest to produce, but what genuinely supports the reality of pregnancy, postpartum, and life with little ones. We obsess over the details you'll actually feel from concealed feeding clips that don't announce themselves, gentle elastic waistbands that support without squeezing, fabrics chosen for how they feel after the fifth wash, not just the first. Our signature washable, removable and adhesive breast pads stay exactly where you need them, giving you true bra-free freedom without sacrificing comfort or silhouette.

We partner with a UK-based, female-founded production studio and a family-owned mill in Turkey with decades of textile expertise. Many of the makers who bring Mirukī to life are mothers themselves, and you can feel that care woven into every stitch.
From the first sample to the final quality check, each piece passes through skilled hands who understand that what we're creating isn't just sleepwear, it's support, wrapped in softness.

Being thoughtful in how we create is quietly woven into everything we do. Smarter pattern cutting to minimise waste, offcuts recycled into scrunchies and muslins, locally sourced trims across the UK and EU and reduced water use in finishing. We're not perfect, but we're intentional about every choice, giving each thread new purpose and keeping our impact as gentle as our fabrics.
