While we dispatch your order promptly and with care, we're unable to guarantee specific delivery dates as these are managed by the courier service.

You'll hear from us every step of the way with order confirmation emails and dispatch notification with tracking information once your parcel is on its way. You can also track your order using the tracking number provided.

Each order arrives in our beautifully branded mailer bag, carefully wrapped in tissue paper with a handwritten order card and prepaid returns envelope. Everything is packaged securely to ensure your sleepwear reaches you in perfect condition.

If you're sending Mirukī to celebrate someone special, we'd love to help make it even more meaningful. Simply leave your heartfelt message at checkout where it asks ‘Sending this as a gift?’ and we'll add it to our handwritten note on your behalf. Because every mother deserves to feel seen, supported, and truly special.

All orders are shipped from the UK. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or additional fees upon delivery. These charges are set by your local government and vary by country, which is why they're not included in the cost of your order.

Important: Mirukī is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be charged by your country. These must be paid directly by you when your parcel arrives, and we're unable to refund them.

We take the utmost care preparing your order, but once your parcel leaves our hands and is in transit with the carrier, we're no longer able to control delivery timeframes. Mirukī cannot be held responsible for any delays, loss, theft, or damage that occurs during shipping. If you experience any issues with delivery:
