We truly hope you love your Mirukī original pieces. Each item is designed to support you through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. But we also understand that life with a baby can be beautifully unpredictable.
Sometimes things don’t work out the first time, whether the fit isn’t quite right, or you’re still finding what feels like you. We’re here to make this part simple.
Below you’ll find everything you need for a hassle-free return.

Need a different size? We’re here to help! Just email us at hello@wearemiruki.com and we’ll share everything you need, including your prepaid returns label (details below). Once we’ve received your original item, we’ll send out your new size.

STEP 1: EMAIL OUR TEAM
To begin your return, please email hello@wearemiruki.com.
Subject line: Return Request - Order #XXXX
In your email, please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used when placing your order
- Your full name
- The item(s) you would like to return
- The reason for your return (this helps us learn and improve future collections)
Once we receive your email, our team will personally review your request and send you a prepaid returns label along with instructions for returning your items.
Please ensure you read the section below before placing a return to ensure your order is eligible.
Because Mirukī garments are designed for postpartum and breastfeeding use, we kindly ask that all breast pads originally included with your item be returned together with the top or nightdress. Returns that do not include the original breast pads may not be eligible for a refund.
STEP 2: SEND YOUR ITEM BACK
Once you receive your prepaid returns label, simply package your item securely and send it back using the instructions provided.
Mirukī will cover the cost of return shipping to make the process as easy as possible for you.
Once your return arrives with us, we will carefully inspect the item.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Important details to note:
HYGIENE & CONDITION:
To ensure every mother receives sleepwear in beautiful condition, we can only accept returns and exchanges that are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Free from any marks, stains, makeup, deodorant residue, or scents.
- In original packaging with all tags attached.
- All breast pads are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition (inside the original wash bag) with all tags attached.
If a return shows signs of wear, damage or missing items we won't be able to process the return and will send it back to you at your expense.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
International customers, please mark your parcel clearly as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges. If customs fees are charged on the return, we'll deduct these from your refund.
SALE ITEMS:
Items purchased during sales or promotional events are final sale only and aren't eligible for refunds or exchanges.
